Meet THIE's Newest Team Members.

Welcome to new employees  Tabitha McBroom, underwriting assistant, and Elena Yanes, claims coordinator, risk management / claims. Elena brings broad customer service, lending, marketing and administrative experience from previous positions with Velocity Credit Union, Austin Community College, Hermanas Inc. and Barbizon USA. Tabitha has more than nine years' experience in Accounting, customer service and sales support roles.

THIE provides HIPAA Education

Randal Wilkerson and Angie Merrell traveled to Kenedy, Texas, and presented six sessions of HIPAA Education to more than 150 Otto Kaiser Hospital Employees and Volunteers. These educational sessions spoke to the specific challenges of maintaining confidentiality of protected medical information within smaller facility settings such as at Otto Kaiser. 2017 Hot Topics Forums are in the books.

The Hot Topic forums had over 180 participates representing more than 50 hospitals who attended the two forums that THIE held in 2017.
